TROLLEY & END TRUCK

- TROLLEY는 SYSTEM의 횡행장치, MONO RAIL 의 주행장치로 사용됩니다.
- END TRUCK은 SYSTEM의 주행장치로 TROLLEY의 BALL HEAD로 구성되는 BRIDGE에 설치합니다.
Trolley is used as a traverse device and Mono rail as a Travelling device of system.
End truck as travelling device consisting of trolley and ball head is equipped to bridge.

① TROLLEY 부하하중(WT)설계
▶ WT=HOIST 자중+적하하중(HOIST용량)
② TROLLEY의 결정
▶ TROLLEY = 허용하중≥WT
- END TRUCK의 선정
① END TRUCK 부하하중(WT)의 설계
▶ WT=WB=BRIDGE RAIL의 자중 X 1/2
② END TRUCK의 결정
▶ END TRUCK=허용하중≥WE
③ END STOP의 결정
▶ SINGLE END STOP or DOUBLE END STOP
